Job Overview:

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events

- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit

- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs

- Utilize recruitment metrics to track and report on the success of recruitment efforts

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

- Assist with other HR initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT industry / Recruiting Agency

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques

- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing candidates

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- High level of professionalism and confidentiality

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
